2. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment clearance. Custom or personalised items may take longer; processing times will be stated on the product page.

Tracking: Express shipping includes tracking. Standard shipping may include tracking depending on package size and value.

4. Free Shipping

We offer Free Standard UK Shipping on orders totalling £50 or more, after discounts and excluding shipping. This is applied automatically at checkout.

5. Delivery Estimates and Responsibility

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the order date. While we aim to meet these estimates, we are not liable for courier delays or external events such as weather or strikes.

6. International Shipping

We currently offer limited international shipping. Rates and delivery times vary by country and are shown at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the buyer's responsibility.

7. Missed or Undelivered Parcels

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or non-collection, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. A redelivery fee may apply. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate.

8. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order hasn’t arrived within 8 business days (UK) or 21 business days (international), please contact us. For damaged items, notify us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging.

9. Pre-Order and Made-to-Order Items

Estimated dispatch times for pre-order or bespoke items are shown on the product page. These items may take longer due to their handmade nature.
